15. Dispute Resolution

Mediation: If informal resolution fails, parties agree to attempt mediation through a mutually agreed mediator in Croatia before pursuing litigation.

Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Croatian arbitration rules, with arbitration taking place in Croatia.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

Exceptions: Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access to the Services.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
